The Sales Conversion Framework allows us to intervene within existing marketing programs or create new programs to craft conversion experiences that alter customer behavior quickly and affordably.

An optimum conversion experience focuses on a target market segment, then delivers a planned series of personalized and relevant touches (typically a combination of postal mail, permission email and web landing pages) to create a “seducible moment”. That moment motivates a person to take the conversion action you desire.

A conversion action is an intervention that gets people to take the next step in the process. The specific action can be as simple as making a click or completing a form or as complex as setting an appointment or prompting a store visit.
